Chapman Freeborn charters first GirJet Boeing 747 freighter

Chapman Freeborn Air Chartering’s Barcelona office recently undertook the first ever air charter of Girjet’s latest fleet addition, their new Boeing 747 Freighter, from Seville to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. The freight consisted of 73 tonnes of equipment for a major music tour.
This was the first commercialised flight for the new Girjet plane and Chapman Freeborn’s Sergio Nunez-Cacho noted that this special air charter went very well indeed. CF have a long standing relationship with Girjet with ongoing commercial charters of their passenger fleet of Fokker 100s and Boeing 757s for all kinds of passenger charter clients.
This proved once more that Chapman Freeborn are not only renowned providers of air charter solutions to all kinds of clients but also that we continue to support airlines with their fleet expansions and new business directions.
Chapman Freeborn was recently voted Air Cargo Charter Broker of the Year at the 2007 ACW World Air Cargo Awards held as the finale of the Air Cargo Europe Exhibition in Munich.
