Chapman Freeborn expands its On Board Courier (OBC) service
In response to growing demand, Chapman Freeborn’s specialist On Board Courier (OBC) team has moved to new modern headquarters near Cologne-Bonn airport.
The Chapman Freeborn OBC team – which hand-delivers time-critical parts and important documents worldwide – has also been strengthened by the arrival of Pasquale Bellarosa to the position of Business Development and Sales Manager.
As the worldwide OBC service expands across Chapman Freeborn’s global offices additional teams have also been established in Beijing, Houston, Istanbul and Singapore – with plans to further develop the product in South America and India.
This extensive network enables Chapman Freeborn OBC to meet the growing demands for tailor-made courier solutions worldwide.
Available around the clock, the company’s fully insured and trained couriers possess passports and visas for countries that are traditionally very difficult to access. The shipment is accompanied by one dedicated courier from pick up to personal delivery to recipient.
The OBC team manages all the details for the urgent shipment, from flight bookings to entry requirements and customs regulations, anywhere in the world. Customers are kept up-to-date with all movements through regular status reports and are notified immediately when the delivery has been made.
